We want to ensure a satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 15 days of delivery. You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days of delivery.
Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
The customer is also entitled to refund/return, in the following cases
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products have some defects
- Product has tampered
Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
- You must cross-check your measurements carefully before placing an order.
- Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size.
- We are not responsible for returns due to sizing-related issues because size selection is done by the customer.
- No product will be entertained for Return, Refund, or Exchange if the tags were removed from the product.
- Right before sending your jacket, our responsible product inspector will review your jacket; color, sizing, stitching, quality of leather, and the pattern of the item. Still, if you feel any queries so please email us at our provided email address and highlight the issues that you are facing with the jacket.
- The returned things MUST be unused, in the unique condition/bundling they were gotten in, and with all the labels and names joined.
- No product will be entertained for Return, Refund, or Exchange in case of a reason based on personal preferences, comforts, or suitability —such as color, design, style, or other subjective factors. We recommend considering these factors carefully before making a purchase.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on patch orders due to their small size and low order value, which makes processing returns and exchanges impractical.
In case of Return, a restocking fee and merchant fees may be applied. Restocking fees are intended to cover the costs associated with processing returned items, including inspection, repackaging, and restocking. The restocking fee amount may vary depending on the nature of the returned item and will be communicated at the time of the return request.

Please note that the color of the actual product may be slightly different due to different screen resolutions and the pictures shown on the website are captured using professional cameras with different lighting and graphic effects. Avoid washing the jacket by hand or in a washing machine, as this may cause damage. Instead, The jacket should only be dry cleaned by a professional cleaner who is experienced in handling delicate garments.
Please note that failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage to the jacket, and we cannot be held responsible for any such damage and the order will not be eligible for return or refund. We strongly advise our customers to take proper care of their jackets to ensure their longevity and appearance.
Please note that Jackets damaged due to incidents such as sliding, falling on the ground, mishandling, improper care, or any other circumstance that leads to the jacket becoming stained, spotted, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund. Moreover, zippers on our products should be used carefully and gently. Occasionally, zippers may become stuck, but this can often be resolved by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly. Please refrain from using excessive force or improper handling, as this can result in damage. In the event, we cannot be held responsible for returns or refunds related to that damage. We encourage you to contact our customer support team for guidance on resolving zipper-related issues before attempting any self-repairs.
Shipping and Quality Control Disclaimer: Our QC department meticulously inspects each product before shipment, and photos are taken as proof of its perfect condition. Once dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for external factors, such as adverse weather conditions, that may impact the product during transit. Please note that orders affected by such circumstances will not be eligible for return or refund. Additionally, in the event of tampering with any sharp objects like knives or scissors, etc, resulting in product damage, we are sorry to inform you that affected orders will not be eligible for return or refund.
Moreover, our jackets are shipped only after thorough inspections by our QC department, and we maintain records of this process. Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Control (QC) department will inspect the jacket conditions. If the jacket passes the QC inspection and meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. However, if any damage, stains, or other issues are found on the jacket that were not present at the time of shipment, appropriate charges may be deducted from the refund amount. We reserve the right to determine the extent of any damages and the corresponding charges.
Please note that in the case of returns, customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us and also fill Return Request form.
